Mr. Vaisman has served as CEO of the Company since June 2017. A CPA, he holds a BA and an MBA in business administration from the College of Management, Rishon LeZion. In the past he served as energy and water specialist and as energy and internal affairs specialist in the Accountant General’s Division at the Ministry of Finance, as CFO of Israel Natural Gas Lines Ltd., and as a partner and head of project finance at Giza Singer Even, Ltd.
Mr. Raikin has served as CFO of the company since July 2017. A CPA, he holds a BA in economics and accounting from Bar-Ilan University. He has previously served as CFO of Alon Natural Gas Exploration Ltd. and corporations under its control, as Deputy CFO at Alon Israel Oil Company Ltd., as a director at Israel Canada Highway Management Ltd. and its subsidiaries and as a director of Tamar 10 Inch Ltd
Ms. Hozeh-Azrad is serving as General Counsel of the company since September 2017.
Attorney, Ms. Hozeh-Azrad holds an LL.B. (business division), and an MBA (majoring in finance), from Bar-Ilan University.
A former partner at Agmon & Co. Rosenberg Hacohen & Co. law firm in the Corporate, Capital Markets and Securities Department. She has wide-ranging knowledge and many years of extensive experience in corporate law, capital markets and securities, with unique expertise in the oil and gas sector
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Meir has served as chairman of the board since January 2020 and has a director of the company since September 2019.
In his last position, Eitan served for 11 years as CEO of Dalia Energy Power Ltd., Israel’s largest private power plant.
Prior to that, Eitan served as CEO of the Jerusalem Municipality. As part of this role, he headed the light rail system construction in the city.
He was discharged from the IDF after 23 years, with the rank of colonel. In his last position in the IDF, he was head of the Department of Education and Preparation for Service at the Head of Education Officer and Chief of Staff.
Graduate of the National Security College, MA in Political Science as part of the IDF National Security College, and a BA in Middle Eastern History, both from the University of Haifa.
Ms. Ronen has served as a director of the company since May 2017. She previously served as the Director General of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and as a Knesset member.
Ms. Ronen holds a BA in education and history from Tel Aviv University and Beit Berl, an MA in public policy and public administration from the University of Haifa, as well as being a graduate of the London Business School executive program. She serves as Chairman of the Board of the following companies: Maman Cargo Terminals & Handling, and ELA, Israel’s Recycling Corporation. She also serves as a director of the ADO Company. Ms. Ronen previously served as a director of Bank Hapoalim and of SHL Telemedicine Ltd.
Mrs. Hefetz has served as a director of the company since May 2017. She holds a BA in economics and a BA in accounting from Tel Aviv University. Mrs. Hefetz engages in consulting and business development. She serves as a director of Clal Industries, Maman Cargo Terminals & Handling, Golf & Co. Group, and Clal Biotechnology Industries. In addition, she has served as a director of Hadera Paper Mills and Beit Shemesh Engines. She was a member of the board of ‘Muses’ – a school of the arts in Jaffa, and a member of the board of the Friends of Habima Theater
Mr. Cohen is serving as a director since September 2017.
He is the CEO and owner of Alon Cohen Ltd., a company with decades of experience in providing economic and management consultancy and company rehabilitation services.
Mr. Cohen serves as a director and as chairman of the audit committee and the finance committee of public company Fox Wizel Ltd.; and as a director and member of the finance committee of public company Jerusalem Economy Ltd. He serves as a receiver and as a liquidator of Kika Ltd., and as such serves as a director of the company in liquidation.
Among others, Mr. Cohen has previously served as chairman of the board of directors of Gan Shmuel Food Ltd. (a public company), chairman of the Oxygen & Argon Industries Group Ltd., chairman of Ganir (1992) Ltd. under its commercial name of “Primor”, as a director of banks in Israel and as a public director in three public companies in addition to those listed.
Mr. Cohen holds a BA in economics and political science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Mr. Eini has served as a director of the company since May 2017. An attorney, Mr. Eini holds a BA in law (LL.B) from the Academic Center of Law and Business. He is a former manager of Bank Leumi’s main Jerusalem branch, in which position he held the rank of Senior Assistant to the CEO. In recent years, Mr. Eini has been providing management and financial consulting services to Polipa Beit Shemesh Ltd. and serves as a director of Tadiran Group.
Mr. Inbar has served as a director of the company since May 2017.
A Brigadier General (Res.) in the IDF, he served as Commander of Shaldag, as Commander of the Golani special forces unit and as Commander of the IDF forces in Lebanon. He holds a BA in geography and land of Israel studies, an MBA from the University of Haifa, and an MA in political science and criminology from the University of Haifa. Mr. Inbar is the CEO and owner of Ofakei Danish Ltd.
He serves as an external director and head of the Audit Committee of IDB Development Corporation and IDB Tourism (2009) Ltd., and as an external director of Golf, Dolomite Holdings Ltd., Aran Research & Development (1982) Ltd., Trendline Information and Communication Services Ltd., and Schnapp Industries Ltd. Among his activities for the community, Mr. Inbar serves in a voluntary capacity as a director of the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel’s Soldiers and of the Psagot Educating for Excellence Association. He also serves as Chairman of the National Initiative Association, and Friends of the Emek Hospital.
Mr. Efrati has served as a director of the company since May 2017, and has a Chairman of the Company during 2019.

Mr. Efrati holds an LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an LL.M from the joint program of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Georgetown University.
Mr. Efrati serves as the Chairman of Cofix Group and as the CEO of Rami Levy Hashikma Marketing Communications Ltd., and he is head of investor relations at the store chain Rami Levy Hashikma Marketing 2006 Ltd. Mr. Efrati previously served as General Counsel to the Rami Levy Group.
