Mr. Vaknin serves as CEO of the Company from June 2022.
Mr. Vaknin is an accountant by training and holds a BA in accounting and economics and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University.
In his last position, he served as Deputy CEO and CFO of the Isracard Group and as a director of several companies in the Isracard Group. During 2014-2019, served as CEO of the Ten Fuel Company. In addition, during 2018-2020, he served as a director of GP. Global Power Ltd.
Ms. Hozeh-Azrad is serving as General Counsel of the company since September 2017.
Attorney, Ms. Hozeh-Azrad holds an LL.B. (business division), and an MBA (majoring in finance), from Bar-Ilan University.
A former partner at Agmon & Co. Rosenberg Hacohen & Co. law firm in the Corporate, Capital Markets and Securities Department. She has wide-ranging knowledge and many years of extensive experience in corporate law, capital markets and securities, with unique expertise in the oil and gas sector
Chairman of the Board
Bar-On has served as chairman of the Board since December 2021.
He is a former member of the Knesset and of several Governments of Israel. During the 16th Knesset, among other things, Bar-On held positions as the chairman of the National Responsibility faction (Later called “Kadima”), the Minister of National Infrastructure, and the Minister of Science and Technology. During the 17th Knesset, Bar-On served as the Minister of Internal Affairs, a representative of the Government on the Judicial Selection Committee, and later as the Minister of Finance. In the 18th Knesset, he served as the chairman of the State Control Committee and was later appointed as chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.
Bar-On has also held several public positions, including chairman of the Israel Sports Betting Board and stand-in chairman of the board of the Jerusalem Theater.
He is a director of Gazit Globe Ltd., Alrov Properties & Lodgings Ltd., and Terminal X Online Ltd. He was also formerly a director of Delek Drilling.
Bar-On is the founder and owner of Ronen Bar-On & Co. Law Office.
He holds an LLB from the Hebrew University.

Mr. Abudi serves as Director of the company from December 2021.
Mr. Abudi previously served in the US as a President of an American oil and gas company. Mr. Abudi has an excellent business and financial expertise and experience in the energy market in Israel and abroad. Over the past two decades, Mr. Abudi has managed and supervised projects, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and financing of hundreds of millions of dollars in the oil and gas market in Israel and abroad.
Prior to his involvement in the oil and gas business, Mr. Abudi served as a CEO and Chief Financial Officer of a group of companies, one of which was traded on the Nasdaq and as a partner in the accounting firm Grant Thornton.
Mr. Abudi is an accountant by training and holds a degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.
Mrs. Hefetz has served as a director of the company since May 2017. She holds a BA in economics and a BA in accounting from Tel Aviv University. Mrs. Hefetz engages in consulting and business development. She serves as a director of Clal Industries, Maman Cargo Terminals & Handling, Golf & Co. Group, and Clal Biotechnology Industries. In addition, she has served as a director of Hadera Paper Mills and Beit Shemesh Engines. She was a member of the board of ‘Muses’ – a school of the arts in Jaffa, and a member of the board of the Friends of Habima Theater
Ms. Ronen has served as a director of the company since May 2017. She previously served as the Director General of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and as a Knesset member.
Ms. Ronen holds a BA in education and history from Tel Aviv University and Beit Berl, an MA in public policy and public administration from the University of Haifa, as well as being a graduate of the London Business School executive program. She serves as Chairman of the Board of the following companies: Maman Cargo Terminals & Handling, and ELA, Israel’s Recycling Corporation. She also serves as a director of the ADO Company. Ms. Ronen previously served as a director of Bank Hapoalim and of SHL Telemedicine Ltd.
Mr. Cohen has served as a director since September 2017.
He is the owner, CEO and chairman of Alon Cohen Economic Consulting Ltd., a company with decades of experience in providing economic consulting, diagnosing issues and advising companies, structuring recovery plans for companies, and advising on the sale of companies.
Mr. Cohen has extensive experience as a director of public companies, including serving as an external director and chairman of the audit committee and finance committee, and a member of the compensation committee of Fox Wizel Ltd.; as an independent director of Jerusalem Economy Ltd.; and as chairman of the board of Gan Shmuel Foods Ltd., chairman of the Oxygen & Argon Works Ltd., chairman of Ganir (1992) Ltd. (known as “Primor”); and as a director of Mizrahi Bank and Tefahot Bank.
He holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Mashraki has served as a director of Tamer Petroleum since December 2021.
He has also been a director of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd., Space Communication Ltd., and of private companies operating in oil and gas production financing in the US and in e-commerce.
Mashraki formerly served, among other things, as Deputy and CFO of the Delek Group, and as a senior manager at Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer Accounting Firm.
He is a CPA by training, and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Bar Ilan University.
Inbar has served as a director of Tamar Petroleum since May 2017.
He is a Brigadier General (Res.), and he served as commander of the elite Israeli Air Force unit Shaldag, commander of the elite infantry unit Sayeret Golani, and commander of the IDF forces in Lebanon.
Inbar is the CEO and owner of Ofaki Denish Ltd. He holds positions as an external director and chairman of the audit committee of IDB Development and IDB Tourism (2009) Ltd., and as an external director of Golf, Dolomite Holdings Ltd., Aran Research and Development (1982) Ltd., Trendline Information and Communication Services Ltd., Schnapp Industrial Plants, and Mishorim Development Ltd.
As part of his community-involvement activities, Inbar serves on a voluntary basis as a director of the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel’s Soldiers, and the Educating for Excellence, Yozma Leumit, and Friends of HaEmek Medical Center organizations.
He holds a BA in Geography and Israel Studies, an MBA from Haifa University, and an MA in Political Science and Criminology from Haifa University.
