Bar-On has served as chairman of the Board since December 2021.

He is a former member of the Knesset and of several Governments of Israel. During the 16^th Knesset, among other things, Bar-On held positions as the chairman of the National Responsibility faction (Later called “Kadima”), the Minister of National Infrastructure, and the Minister of Science and Technology. During the 17^th Knesset, Bar-On served as the Minister of Internal Affairs, a representative of the Government on the Judicial Selection Committee, and later as the Minister of Finance. In the 18^th Knesset, he served as the chairman of the State Control Committee and was later appointed as chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.

Bar-On has also held several public positions, including chairman of the Israel Sports Betting Board and stand-in chairman of the board of the Jerusalem Theater.

He is a director of Gazit Globe Ltd., Alrov Properties & Lodgings Ltd., and Terminal X Online Ltd. He was also formerly a director of Delek Drilling.

Bar-On is the founder and owner of Ronen Bar-On & Co. Law Office.

He holds an LLB from the Hebrew University.

Member of the Israel Bar since 1974.

Mashraki has served as a director of Tamer Petroleum since December 2021.

He has also been a director of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd., Space Communication Ltd., and of private companies operating in oil and gas production financing in the US and in e-commerce.

Mashraki formerly served, among other things, as Deputy and CFO of the Delek Group, and as a senior manager at Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer Accounting Firm.

He is a CPA by training, and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Bar Ilan University.

Mr. Abudi serves as Director of the company  from December 2021.

Mr. Abudi previously served in the US as a President of an American oil and gas company. Mr. Abudi has an excellent business and financial expertise and experience in the energy market in Israel and abroad. Over the past two decades, Mr. Abudi has managed and supervised projects, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and financing of hundreds of millions of dollars in the oil and gas market in Israel and abroad.

Prior to his involvement in the oil and gas business, Mr. Abudi served as a CEO and Chief Financial Officer of a group of companies, one of which was traded on the Nasdaq and as a partner in the accounting firm Grant Thornton.

Mr. Abudi is an accountant by training and holds a degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.

Ms. Ronen has served as a director of the company since May 2017. She previously served as the Director General of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and as a Knesset member.

Ms. Ronen holds a BA in education and history from Tel Aviv University and Beit Berl, an MA in public policy and public administration from the University of Haifa, as well as being a graduate of the London Business School executive program. She serves as Chairman of the Board of the following companies: Maman Cargo Terminals & Handling, and ELA, Israel’s Recycling Corporation. She also serves as a director of the ADO Company. Ms. Ronen previously served as a director of Bank Hapoalim and of SHL Telemedicine Ltd.

Serves as an independent director in Gilad Mai Construction and Development Investments Ltd., and as an external director in Machog – Gemel administration LLC and in the Phoenix IEC Central Pension Fund Ltd. In addition, he served as external director at Alon Blue Square  IsraelSquare Israel Ltd. and at Polar Investments Ltd. and in the past served as CEO of Harel Finance. Serves as a member of the judging committee for the Atlas Award of “The Marker” and as a mentor in the Reichman University’s “Momentum” program, and in GermanX – Accelerator European.

Has a bachelor’s degree in business administration (specialization in marketing and finance), from the College of Management and a license (Suspended voluntarily) in managing investment portfolios from the Israel Securities Authority.

Inbar has served as a director of Tamar Petroleum since May 2017.

He is a Brigadier General (Res.), and he served as commander of the elite Israeli Air Force unit Shaldag, commander of the elite infantry unit Sayeret Golani, and commander of the IDF forces in Lebanon.

Inbar is the CEO and owner of Ofaki Denish Ltd. He holds positions as an external director and chairman of the audit committee of IDB Development and IDB Tourism (2009) Ltd., and as an external director of Golf, Dolomite Holdings Ltd., Aran Research and Development (1982) Ltd., Trendline Information and Communication Services Ltd., Schnapp Industrial Plants, and Mishorim Development Ltd.

As part of his community-involvement activities, Inbar serves on a voluntary basis as a director of the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel’s Soldiers, and the Educating for Excellence, Yozma Leumit, and Friends of HaEmek Medical Center organizations.

He holds a BA in Geography and Israel Studies, an MBA from Haifa University, and an MA in Political Science and Criminology from Haifa University.
