Bar-On has served as chairman of the Board since December 2021.

He is a former member of the Knesset and of several Governments of Israel. During the 16^th Knesset, among other things, Bar-On held positions as the chairman of the National Responsibility faction (Later called “Kadima”), the Minister of National Infrastructure, and the Minister of Science and Technology. During the 17^th Knesset, Bar-On served as the Minister of Internal Affairs, a representative of the Government on the Judicial Selection Committee, and later as the Minister of Finance. In the 18^th Knesset, he served as the chairman of the State Control Committee and was later appointed as chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.

Bar-On has also held several public positions, including chairman of the Israel Sports Betting Board and stand-in chairman of the board of the Jerusalem Theater.

He is a director of Gazit Globe Ltd., Alrov Properties & Lodgings Ltd., and Terminal X Online Ltd. He was also formerly a director of Delek Drilling.

Bar-On is the founder and owner of Ronen Bar-On & Co. Law Office.

He holds an LLB from the Hebrew University.

Has a bachelor’s degree in business administration (specialization in marketing and finance), from the College of Management and a license (Suspended voluntarily) in managing investment portfolios from the Israel Securities Authority.

Inbar has served as a director of Tamar Petroleum since May 2017.

He is a Brigadier General (Res.), and he served as commander of the elite Israeli Air Force unit Shaldag, commander of the elite infantry unit Sayeret Golani, and commander of the IDF forces in Lebanon.

Inbar is the CEO and owner of Ofaki Denish Ltd. He holds positions as an external director and chairman of the audit committee of IDB Development and IDB Tourism (2009) Ltd., and as an external director of Golf, Dolomite Holdings Ltd., Aran Research and Development (1982) Ltd., Trendline Information and Communication Services Ltd., Schnapp Industrial Plants, and Mishorim Development Ltd.

As part of his community-involvement activities, Inbar serves on a voluntary basis as a director of the Association for the Wellbeing of Israel’s Soldiers, and the Educating for Excellence, Yozma Leumit, and Friends of HaEmek Medical Center organizations.

He holds a BA in Geography and Israel Studies, an MBA from Haifa University, and an MA in Political Science and Criminology from Haifa University.

Ms. Maddjiboj Levy Served as a director of the company since April 2024.

She previously served as the CEO of the Authority for the Advancement of Women’s Status and as the chairman of the Second Authority for Television and Radio. Among other things, she served as CEO of Maariv Group and CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Radio Tel Aviv. Moreover, she served as a director and officer in a number of government and private reporting companies.

Serves as CEO of the Israel Museum in Jerusalem and as a director of a subsidiary company of the museum: “Israel Museum Products” Ltd.

Eva is an accountant by training and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Tel Aviv College of Management.

Serves as CEO of Tamar Investment 2 Limited, which holds holdings in the Tamar reservoir. He has extensive experience in key management positions in both the private and public sectors. Among other things, he worked closely with Mr. Naftali Bennett, the former Prime Minister, and served under him as Chief of Staff in the Prime Minister’s Office, as Chief of Staff in the Ministry of Education and Diaspora Affairs, and as Head of the Bureau in the Ministry of Economy and Diaspora Affairs. Served as a director at the Israel National Fund and served as a special advisor to the then Mayor of Jerusalem, Mr. Nir Barkat. In addition, he served as a strategic advisor to international clients.

Entrepreneur and consultant in the fields of energy, infrastructure and technology in public companies and private entities. Among other things, he previously served as VP of IAI and CEO of the Cement Plant at Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd., as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Korea Aviation Technologies, and as a Board Observer at BlueBird Aero Systems.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, and a Master’s degree (LLM) in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
